Infinite Ease Yoga - Join Us, It's FREE

UPEI Athletics & Recreation and the Chaplaincy Centre are pleased to
announce a weekly yoga/meditation class for UPEI students, staff & faculty
only. And it's FREE. The class is rejuvenating and healing, using a
combination of energizing and calming techniques and yoga poses designed to
improve balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. The class will be
held every Wednesday from 12:05-12:55 pm beginning Wednesday, February
20. The class will be held in the Chaplaincy Centre until early-, mid-June.
When the weather is nicer, the class will move outdoors to the Quadrangle
area until the last Wednesday in August. Participants are encouraged to
take their own towel and/or mat.
