George McRobie, one of the world鈥檚 leading proponents of sustainable agriculture and small-scale technology, will speak at UPEI鈥檚 Faculty Lounge in the Main Building, on Tuesday afternoon November 15, from 4:30 鈥� 5:30 pm. The public is invited to this event, hosted by the Institute of Island鈥�
All proceeds go toward helping a Fijian community that needs clean drinkable water, schools, and education. A group of us are going in April to volunteer, and need to raise as much money as possible. Please help us help them!
There will be lots of treats, and if you're watching your waistline,鈥�
This Sunday November 13, UPEI Athletics and Recreation will give away $10,000. Tickets are still available from UPEI Varsity Athletes or contact the office. The draw will take place at half time of the men's games.
