The С»ÆÊéÊÓƵ Panthers are looking forward to Minor Sports Weekend from January 5–7 when youth (ages 17 and under) wearing a jersey will be admitted free to any С»ÆÊéÊÓƵ home game.

Friday, January 5
AT HOME:

6:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Basketball Panthers (5-4) host the University of New Brunswick Reds (7-1) at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. The Panthers lost the first two games in this matchup.

7:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Hockey Panthers (7-10-1) host the Saint Mary’s University Huskies (10-8) at MacLauchlan Arena. The Panthers are 0-2-1 against the Huskies.

8:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Basketball Panthers (4-5) host the University of New Brunswick Reds (4-4) at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. The Panthers are 1-1 against the Reds this season.

Saturday, January 6
AT HOME:

4:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Basketball Panthers play the University of New Brunswick Reds at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre.

6:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Basketball Panthers play the University of New Brunswick Reds at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre.

7:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Hockey Panthers play the Acadia University Axemen at MacLauchlan Arena. The Panthers are 2-1 against the Axemen, which includes two 4-0 shutouts.

ON THE ROAD:

2:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Hockey Panthers (4-10-2) play the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (9-6-2) in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Panthers are looking for their first win against the Aigles Bleues.

Sunday, January 7
AT HOME:

3:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Hockey Panthers host the Dalhousie University Tigers at MacLauchlan Arena. The Panthers are 1-1 against the Tigers.
