As the Visitor Experience Team Lead, your role is to supervise a small operational team and ensure they are working effectively and efficiently within a collaborative environment. You will lead the delivery of the visitor experience at the site, ensuring that visitors feel welcome and are supported in their learning journey as they explore the themes, stories, and voices that bring Province House鈥檚 history to life.

You will work closely with partners and stakeholders in the operations and delivery of the visitor experience of the site, as well as with a multi-functional Parks Canada team based offsite.
